Terms & Conditions

By using Masjidfy you agree to these terms. Masjidfy is free for mosques and the community. Mosques that run their own page are responsible for the content they publish, including prayer times, events and announcements.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, are used to abuse the service, or put others at risk.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & your data.

Using the platform

• Be respectful. Do not post unlawful, misleading, hateful or spam content, and do not try to disrupt or break the service.
• Prayer times for a mosque that has claimed its page are published by that mosque. For other mosques they are calculated estimates and may differ from the mosque's actual jama'ah times — always check with the mosque.
• Mosque listings come partly from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Please use “Report a mistake” to help us correct them.
• The Zakat calculator gives an estimate only. It is not religious, legal or financial advice.

Donations

Donations go to the mosque you select and are processed securely by Stripe. Ask the mosque directly about refunds. Gift Aid can only be claimed by UK taxpayers.

Businesses, jobs and promotions

Businesses and job listings are provided by third parties and are subject to our advertising policy. Offers are subject to each business's own terms. Never pay a fee to apply for a job. Paid promotions are coming soon; no payments are being taken yet, and prices will be shown clearly before anyone buys.

Our content

The Masjidfy name, logo and software belong to us. Map and directory data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and other public sources, used under their licences. Content you or your mosque publish stays yours; you allow us to display it on the platform.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
